Hi, we have some users who seem to have appointments coming across from Outlook 12 hours out. No doubt there is a setting they have wrong... any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Can you tell me which Time Zone these user are using in Legrand CRM, the legrand CRM system may be missing an entry in the database for that particular time zone.

New Zealand. The nissue is inconsistant with other users, so may well be a setting on the PC. But the problem only seems to manifest in Legrand and not, for example, in meetings shared in outlook.

Hi, I believe your Legrand CRM solution partner will be in contact with you on what to check as the Time Zone feature is dependent on a number of settings being correct.
