Customer Service - Assignment Notification
We need to modify the Customer Service Notification Email message that is automatically created when you Assign or Re-Assign a Customer Service Ticket. Basically we need to have the ability to merge a number of User Fields into the email message so that we can advise the assignee of certain critical pieces of customer information.
Does anyone know how the standard email can be modified. Obviously we can create a Customer Service email template containing these fields but sending this email would require a seperate (manual) step
