Default WEBINAR - Customer Service and Item Tracking

RE: General overview / training session - Customer Service and Item Tracking modules.

This is the first of many webinars I would like to have for customers and partners. By a show of responses I would like to know who would be interested.

Some of the features we will cover

Legrand CRM Customer Service Module offers all the features needed to track and complete jobs, plus the unique advantage of totally integrating service issues into the complete customer history.

  • Timer for companies who charge by the hour.
  • A range of user definable data fields for tracking the job type and progress through to completion.
  • Complete tracking of all work performed via Activity Notes
  • Assignment of tasks to other staff members tracked with in Activity Notes with optional sending of e-mail notifications
  • Complete tracking of related calendar events, tasks and work for a full audit trail of each job
  • Quick and easy reporting to see at a glance job status, current, close and overdue jobs, jobs assigned to staff members

Legrand CRM Item Tracking allows:

Stay in touch with important purchases. Some items needs more than just a simple invoice and payment. Often you need details of serial numbers, expiry dates, service and maintenance agreements and much more. Just as importantly you need to be able to identify past purchases to help market new products and services.

Physical and Non-physical itemsThe Legrand CRM Item Tracking Module handles both phyisical items and non-physical ones as well. For instance you can use it to produce a list of color laser printers customers to mail out with an offer on this years new model. Or you may want to print out a list of customers whose service contracts have expired during the month.

Import from QuickBooks Items can also be selectivly import from QuickBooks accounts. You can use QuickBooks for recording actual sales, and Legrand CRM for all the follow up and customer care that's needed to ensure long term customer relationships.

Integrate with Legrand CRM Customer Service Module
The Item Tracking Module can be used in conjunction with the Customer Service Module for a complete, integrated system to handle service work on major items. You can track items by serial #, service histroy, purchase information and easily gain a complete picture on what level of support each product or serivce you sell requires.

Good turn out. We will have the Webinar at 10am PST / 1pm EST. Tomorrow I will send out the GoTo Meeting sessions for everyone to log in and follow along.

Ideally we would like everyone to hold there questions to the end. This will allow us to present the solution from start to finish without getting off track.
