Yesterday, about 1pm CST, users began getting an error "Invalid subscript reference." when logging into Legrand. As other users logged out of the system for one reason or another, and then tried to log back in, they received the same message. I am at a loss for the reason behind this message, and can find nothing in any support materials. I am including a screenshot of the error as well.

Okay, contacted Legrand support, and worked with them to rebuild tables and run several other tests. Apparently the issue is larger than we thought and I have sent them the complete database to run tests on.

The issue was found to be related to a campaign that had over 64 thousand targets assigned to it. The limit in Legrand CORP V4 for targets assigned to campaigns is 21,000 records.
In this case, the campaign will need to be deleted through SQL, and 3-4 campaigns put in its place with less than 21,000 records or less each. |

There is actually no limit to how many Targets you can assign to a campaign. The issue is when you try to display the Targets of the campaign. In v4.6 the Targets list can not display more than 21,600 Contacts.
When you log into Legrand CRM the system, amongst many other startup actions, pre-loads the Targets list of the most recent campaign. Because the most recent campaigns had over 21,600 Contacts you got that error during login. CORP 5.0 is due for release soon and we are checking that the same limitation will not apply. |

Thank you for your reply, it would seem you are saying there is *no limit*, but if you go over 21,600 Contacts you won't be able to log in again and it will appear, to our users, that we have a corrupt database. Can you please confirm that this issue is fixed in v5.0, this has a major bearing on our being able to use Legrand for marketing campaigns

Legrand V5 is written in FoxPro 9, which no longer has that limitation of 65,000 records per array. So, in V5 Legrand, you will not run across this issue.
